Boys & Girls Clubs of Hutchinson announced Lindsey Fields as its new director of operations.In the position, Fields will oversee the organization's administrative and operational systems and procedures to support the achievement of the Club's goals.Fields previously worked with the Boys & Girls Club in Hutchinson for five years and has 10 years of experience working in the nonprofit sector.She replaces Lance Patterson, who became the organization's chief executive officer.'We are excited to welcome Lindsey back to the Club as our new director of operations,' Patterson said.
