WICHITA – Prior to Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference commissioner Carl Heinrich introducing Hutchinson Blue Dragons head coach Drew Dallas at the 2022 KJCCC and Iowa Community College Athletic Conference media day Friday, Heinrich said to Dallas he had the target on his back again.
