So went and bought a galaxy s5. From day one it had issues but since I bought it out right they wouldn't do anything. I went and spent 30-45 minutes at RAC to see if they can do anything the day after I bought it. They said it was unlocked and can use my sim... it's not. Volume up button doesn't work. If the device shuts off I have to spend 5 minutes trying to get it to turn back on. And I can't even Bluetooth my contacts from my old phone cause... you guessed it, Bluetooth doesn't work. I basically paid them for nothing. I would of loved to get a return or an exchange. Care more about money then they do customers. I'll pay the extra $100 and take my money to Aarons.
