HUTCHINSON, Kan. (KAKE) - Three people were rushed to a local hospital Friday night after being struck by a car at the Kansas State Fair. The Kansas Highway Patrol says the incident occurred just after 10:30 p.m. Friday when a car traveling eastbound on State Fair Road struck the pedestrians between gates 5 and 6, leaving all three with suspected serious injuries. According to the KHP report, a 62-year-old male, a 55-year-old female and an unidentified juvenile were taken to a local hospital for their injuries.
